Subscriptions & billing
This page covers how DZBuild handles your subscription — billing dates, renewal, payment failures, refunds.
Where to manage
Dashboard → Subscriptions shows:
- Current plan + tier
- Next billing date
- Last 12 invoices (download as PDF)
- Saved payment method
- Cancel / change plan buttons
Billing cycles

Annual subscriptions get 2 months free vs monthly.
Payment methods
- SlickPay (CIB / EDAHABIA) — auto-charge each cycle.
- BaridiMob — manual transfer, you confirm receipt each cycle.
- CCP / Bank transfer — manual; for annual mostly.
Renewal
- SlickPay: auto-charged on renewal date. Receipt emailed.
- BaridiMob/CCP: we email you a reminder 7 days + 3 days before expiry. Pay → upload receipt → admin verifies → plan extends.
Payment failures
- SlickPay declines: we retry 3 times over 5 days, then drop to Free with 7-day grace.
- BaridiMob/CCP not received: drop to Free at expiry with 7-day grace.
Refunds
- Within 7 days of first paid month — full refund, no questions, contact support.
- Mid-cycle cancellation — no pro-rated refund; remains active until end of cycle.
- Annual cancellation — case-by-case via support.
Tax / VAT
Algeria's VAT (TVA) applies if your business is registered for it. We invoice VAT-inclusive by default; merchants with TVA can request VAT-separated invoices.
Receipts
Every successful payment generates a PDF receipt available in Subscriptions → Invoices. Download for accounting.
Multi-store billing
Your subscription covers all your stores under one account. Adding a 2nd or 3rd store doesn't add charges.
Frequently asked
Q: Can I pay for 6 months upfront on monthly? A: Yes via CCP/BaridiMob. Email support for the discount code (~5%).
Q: Different stores need different plans — possible? A: Not yet. Plans are per-account, not per-store. Roadmap item.
Q: Failed payment — will my data be deleted? A: No. We drop to Free during grace + lapse but data is preserved indefinitely. You can resubscribe anytime.
