When to upgrade
Most merchants outgrow the free plan within a few weeks if they're getting traction. Common triggers:
- "I need to add product #6" → time for Pro.
- "I need to give my employee dashboard access" → Pro.
- "I want CSV import for my catalog of 200 products" → Pro.
- "Facebook ads are working — I want to A/B test landing pages" → Pro.

How to upgrade
Dashboard → Subscriptions → Upgrade. Pay via SlickPay, BaridiMob, or CCP. Activated within a few minutes (manual receipt verification can take 1 business day).
Stays free even if you upgrade and downgrade
Downgrading from Pro back to Free keeps all your existing products/orders/customers — only new product creation is blocked above the limit.
