Manual receipts
Manual receipts are how merchants pay DZBuild without using a payment card. You transfer the price via BaridiMob, CCP or bank transfer, upload a screenshot of the receipt in your dashboard, and our team verifies it and activates your purchase — usually within 24 hours.
Manual receipts are not a customer-facing checkout method on storefronts. They cover plan upgrades, AI credits and landing-page purchases inside /dashboard/subscribe and related dashboard pages. For storefront payments, see Cash on Delivery.
When to use it
- You don't have a CIB / Edahabia card with online payments enabled.
- Your card was declined and you want to pay another way.
- You prefer keeping a paper trail outside Slick-Pay.
How it works
- Go to
/dashboard/subscribe(or/dashboard/ai-credits, or the addon you're buying). - Pick the plan / pack and duration.
- Choose the manual-receipt method (BaridiMob, CCP, or bank transfer). The page shows the destination account and the exact amount to send.
- Send the money from your BaridiMob app, CCP, or bank.
- Take a screenshot of the receipt that confirms the transfer.
- Come back to the page and upload the screenshot.
- Submit. Your request goes into the queue with status
pending. - Our team verifies the transfer against the destination account and activates your plan / pack within 24 hours (often within minutes during business hours).
You'll see the request, its status, and the activation timestamp in the payment history at the bottom of /dashboard/subscribe.
What to put on the receipt
The screenshot should clearly show:
- The destination account / phone number / RIB you transferred to.
- The amount sent — it must match the amount on the page exactly.
- The transfer date.
- A reference / transaction ID if your provider shows one.
If any of these are missing, our team may ask for a fresh screenshot before activating.
Common reasons a request gets rejected

| Amount doesn't match | Top up with another transfer for the difference, then upload both screenshots. |
| Wrong destination account | The transfer didn't reach us — go back to your bank/BaridiMob and re-issue it to the correct destination shown on the page. |
| Screenshot unreadable / cropped | Re-upload a full-screen, sharp screenshot. Photos of the screen are fine if legible. |
| No transaction reference visible | Add a second screenshot from your bank/BaridiMob history that shows the transaction with a reference. |
If a request is rejected, you'll see the reason on /dashboard/subscribe. Your money isn't lost — it's still in your bank/BaridiMob until you re-submit a clean receipt.
Frequently asked
Q: How long does activation take? A: Usually within a few hours during the business day, and within 24 hours at night or on weekends.
Q: Can I split a payment across two transfers? A: Yes — upload both screenshots in the same request. Make sure the total matches the plan price.
Q: Where do I see whether my receipt was approved?
A: At the bottom of /dashboard/subscribe — the payment history table shows status (pending, completed, rejected) and timestamps.
Q: Is there a fee on manual receipts? A: DZBuild charges no extra fee. Bank or BaridiMob may charge their own transfer fee on your side.
