Pro plan
The Pro plan is where most active Algerian merchants land. It unlocks Pixel, abandoned-cart recovery, landing pages, and a custom domain — the toolkit you need the moment your store starts taking real traffic from ads or shows recurring orders.
3-day trial: Every new account starts on Pro for 3 days, free of charge. After day 3, unless you subscribe, your storefront goes offline behind a "Store Unavailable" page until you do — no data is lost.

- You have a real catalog (more than 5 SKUs).

Custom Delivery Label, Cross-Sell and Custom Product Shipping are unavailable on stores using the digital theme.
Subscribing
- Open
/dashboard/subscribe. - Click the Pro card (labeled Professionnel / الاحترافية in the dashboard) and pick the duration.
- Pick a payment method:
- Global card / PayPal / Apple Pay — Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay from anywhere in the world, charged in US dollars, instant, and it auto-renews each cycle until you cancel it from the Manage subscription card on the same page.
- CIB / Edahabia via Slick-Pay — DZD, one-off charge, activates within ~30 seconds after 3-D Secure.
- Manual receipt: transfer to the BaridiMob RIP shown on the page and upload the screenshot. Our team checks it and activates the plan, usually within 30 minutes.
- All Pro features unlock immediately.

Renewals & expiration
- Once you are inside the last 7 days, DZBuild emails a renewal reminder once a day until you renew, plus one WhatsApp and/or Telegram reminder at the 3-day mark if you have those channels connected.
- Renewing before expiry stacks: the new duration adds to the existing one with no gap.
- If your Pro plan expires without renewal, your storefront goes offline — anyone who visits your store, on your
your-slug.dzbuild.appsubdomain or your custom domain, sees a "Store Unavailable" page, and customers cannot browse or buy. About 12 hours after expiry, any connected custom domain is unlinked. - Nothing is deleted. Your products, orders, customers, settings, landing pages, Pixels and all configuration are kept exactly as they were — your plan is never downgraded behind the scenes.
- Renew anytime and everything comes back instantly — your storefront goes live again with all your data exactly where you left it. Just re-link your custom domain from Dashboard → Domains.
Frequently asked
Q: What happens at the end of the 3-day Pro trial if I don't subscribe?
A: Your storefront goes offline — anyone who visits, on your your-slug.dzbuild.app subdomain or your custom domain, sees a "Store Unavailable" page, and any connected custom domain is unlinked about 12 hours later. Nothing is deleted: your products, orders, customers, landing pages and Pixels are all kept. Subscribe at any time and your storefront goes live again instantly with everything exactly as you left it (just re-link your custom domain from Dashboard → Domains).
Q: Annual or monthly? A: Annual saves 2 months of fees but commits you for a year. Monthly is the right call until you've validated traction; switch to annual once orders are steady.
Q: Can I upgrade later to Unlimited? A: Yes — Pro → Unlimited is instant. You pay the full Unlimited price, and your unused Pro days carry over as bonus days (0.4 Unlimited days per remaining Pro day). See Upgrades.
Q: What about Enterprise?
A: Enterprise is a published, self-serve plan at 5,500 DZD/month with 25 staff seats included (up to 200 with paid extra seats), plus Enterprise-only extras: custom storefront CSS, the Advanced Analytics addon and the Enterprise-only Promobi theme. AI credits are not bundled with any plan; you buy them separately from /dashboard/ai-credits.
