Upgrading
Dashboard → Subscriptions → Upgrade to Pro. Pay via SlickPay (instant), BaridiMob, or CCP transfer.
If you pay via SlickPay, your plan activates within ~30 seconds. CCP/BaridiMob typically takes 1 business day for manual verification.
Frequently asked
Q: What happens if my Pro subscription lapses? A: We give you 7 days grace. After that, your store falls back to Free limits — products beyond 5 are hidden (not deleted), advanced features locked. Re-subscribe and everything restores.
Q: Annual or monthly? A: Annual saves 2 months but commits a year. Monthly is more flexible. Annual is right if you've validated traction.
Q: Can I prepay multiple months on monthly? A: Yes — pay for N months at once via CCP/SlickPay. Reach out via Contact for the discount.
