Getting started
Q: Do I need a credit card to sign up? A: No. The free plan needs no payment info.
Q: How long does it take to launch a store? A: Most merchants are taking orders within 30 minutes — sign up, create store, add 2 products, configure shipping, share the URL.
Q: Can I import products from another platform? A: Yes — Pro plan has CSV import. Match by SKU; missing rows are inserted, existing ones updated.
Pricing & billing
Q: Is there a commission on sales? A: No. We never take a % of your sales. Pricing is a flat monthly subscription based on volume tier.
Q: Can I downgrade? A: Yes, anytime. Effective at the end of the billing period.
Q: What happens if I exceed my plan's limits? A: We notify you at 80% / 90% / 100%. At 100% we keep your store live but block new product creation until you upgrade or trim.
Orders & shipping
Q: Why does an order say "pending" for hours? A: It's waiting for you to call-confirm before shipping. Most Algerian merchants run a call-confirm flow. Once confirmed, ship away.
Q: A customer said they paid but the order isn't confirmed. A: For SlickPay, payment ≠ confirmation. You still need to call to verify the order details before shipping. The customer has paid; cancellation requires manual SlickPay refund.
Q: How do I handle returns?
A: Mark the order returned — stock restores. For COD, refund is N/A (customer never paid you for returned items). For SlickPay, manually refund via SlickPay.
Storefront
Q: Can I block visitors from outside Algeria? A: Yes — Settings → Geo → restrict to selected wilayas / countries.
Q: Can I run a sale (X% off everything)? A: Yes — Marketing → Promotions → store-wide discount.
Q: How do I add a blog? A: It's coming. For now, use a custom CMS subdomain (Ghost, WordPress) and link from your storefront footer.
Technical
Q: Is my data backed up? A: Yes — daily encrypted backups, retained 30 days. Galera 3-node replication for live writes.
Q: Where is data hosted? A: Datacenters in Frankfurt (closest low-latency hop to Algeria). 99.95% uptime SLA on Pro+.
Q: Can I export all my data? A: Yes — Settings → Export → Full export (CSV + JSON for products/orders/customers, ZIP for images). Pro plan.

Account
Q: How do I change my email? A: Settings → Account → Change email. Requires verification of new email.
Q: How do I delete my account? A: Contact us. Account deletion removes all stores + data after 30 days; immediate removal on request.
Q: Lost access — how do I recover? A: Use "Forgot password" on the login page. If your phone changed, contact support with proof of identity.
