Welcome to DZBuild

DZBuild is the fastest way to start selling online in Algeria. Full Arabic + French support, integrations with every Algerian courier merchants actually use, and Cash-on-Delivery built in from day one.

This documentation covers everything from creating your first store to connecting a custom domain and integrating with the developer API.

Every new account gets 3 free days of Pro to try the platform — no card needed. After that, pick a plan to keep going. There are 3 plans you can subscribe to, plus a Free plan that exists only by special request.

Annual saves a lot. Pay 12 months at once and you save the equivalent of 2 months on Pro and 5 months on Unlimited.

How subscribing works (in plain words)​

  1. Open /dashboard/subscribe from your dashboard sidebar.
  2. Click the plan you want (Pro or Unlimited). For Enterprise click the contact link instead.
  3. Pick how long: 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Longer = cheaper per month.
  4. Pay one of two ways:
    • CIB / Edahabia card (Slick-Pay): Done in ~30 seconds after the bank's 3-D Secure code. You don't need any Slick-Pay account or keys — DZBuild handles the payment side.
    • Manual receipt: Bank transfer or BaridiMob → upload a screenshot of the receipt. We verify and switch your plan on within 24 hours (often a few minutes).
  5. The moment your plan is active, all features unlock immediately.

How renewing works (read this!)​

  • Renewals are manual — we never charge your card automatically.
  • We email you reminders 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before your plan ends.
  • Renewing early stacks the time: if you have 10 days left and you renew for 30 more days, you now have 10 + 30 = 40 days. No time lost. No gap.
  • If you renew after expiry: the new period starts the day you pay (no stacking, since there was nothing left).
  • Switching to a longer plan mid-cycle? The unused days are credited as money toward the new plan. Example: you're 10 days into a 30-day Pro cycle (1,000 DZD). Remaining value ≈ 667 DZD; that's deducted from the Unlimited price.

What happens if I do not renew?​

If your paid plan (Pro, Unlimited, or Enterprise) expires and you do not renew:

  • Your storefront goes offline. Anyone who visits your store — on your your-slug.dzbuild.app subdomain or your custom domain — sees a "Store Unavailable" page. Customers cannot browse or buy until you renew.
  • Your custom domain is unlinked. About 12 hours after expiry, any connected custom domain is disconnected (removed from DZBuild and Cloudflare). When you renew, just re-connect it from Dashboard → Domains — it takes a minute.
  • Nothing is deleted. Your products, orders, customers, settings, landing pages, Pixels and all configuration are kept exactly as they were — your plan is never downgraded behind the scenes.
  • Renew anytime and everything comes back instantly — your storefront goes live again and all your data is exactly where you left it. (Just re-link your custom domain.)
Long inactivity

If an account stays unrenewed for 12 consecutive months, DZBuild reserves the right to close it. This is not automatic, but please renew — or export your data — if you intend to keep the account.
