DZBuild: what's new in September and October 2026
September and October changed how you handle orders after they arrive: suspicious orders leave your list on their own, returns come back to stock when you decide, and stock follows barcodes. Early November added card payments for your buyers on every plan. Here is what each change gives you and where to click.
Card payments for your buyers
Open Settings › Payment methods. Cash on delivery stays as it was, and you can now add a CIB / Edahabia card through your own Chargily Pay or Slick-Pay account. If your company is registered outside Algeria, you can add Visa / Mastercard through your own Stripe account. The page has no plan check: Free, Pro, Unlimited and Enterprise stores connect card payments at no extra cost, and the money goes to your own provider account.
To switch a card on, press Connect account on the provider's row, paste your key, then press Test and connect. Once the test passes, turn on the For customers switch. Each method has Cart, Fast checkout and Landing pages buttons, so you decide where buyers see it, and you can add an optional discount for buyers who pay by card.
On your side, a card order carries a Paid or Awaiting payment badge. The courier collects 0 DA at the door for a paid order. If a buyer leaves the card payment unfinished on a physical order, press Convert to cash on delivery and the order continues as a normal cash order. The old paid Payment Gateway add-on is retired; digital stores now take cards from the same free page.

Suspicious orders leave your list on their own
At the top of the Orders page, next to Create order, a switch now reads Orders and Spam, each with its own count. Orders sent by a program, copies of another order and orders you moved yourself sit in the hidden orders tab with a BOT, DUPLICATE or SPAM chip. An order hidden when it arrives sends you no notification and is not pushed to your integrations, so your phone stays quiet and your team calls real buyers first.
Nothing is deleted. Open a hidden order and press Put back in Orders to return it in one tap; the customer's later orders are then no longer hidden automatically. On a visible order you know is fake, press Move to Spam.
Two more aids help you decide whom to call. A real order that deserves a call first keeps its place with a Check before shipping chip, usually with one sentence that says why. Orders with a high chance of non-delivery show an amber or red percentage, and the order popup tells you how many earlier orders the customer received, or that this is a new customer.
This runs on every plan with nothing to switch on. Read more: Suspicious orders.
Returns come back to stock when you decide
Some couriers record a return before the parcel is in your hands. On the Orders page, open the display settings and pick how returned stock comes back: automatic, or manual so the stock returns only when you press Return received or scan the parcel. A parcel that comes back broken can be marked damaged: the return closes and the item stays out of stock, so you never resell a broken piece.
The Scan parcels button opens a scanner. Point the phone camera at the parcel's barcode or QR, use a scanner gun, or type the order number, tracking number or customer phone. Then receive the return or mark it damaged.

Stock, barcodes and imports
The Advanced Stock Management add-on is free on every plan. Each product, variant option and combination can now carry a barcode, and the stock page finds items by name, SKU or barcode. When a delivery arrives, press Update from a file and choose a CSV or Excel file with two columns, the code and the new quantity. The preview shows what will change before anything is written, and the file quantity replaces the current stock.
Scan mode lets you scan an item or type its code, then adjust it with +1 / -1 or set a new value. In September you also got the choice of when stock is deducted: at order confirmation, the default, or as soon as the order arrives. A cancellation puts the stock back either way.
From the Pro plan, bulk import works in three steps (file, check, result), can update products that share a SKU while keeping their images, and now takes variants: repeat the product name on one row per size or colour.

Two new couriers
Terminal Delivery links with one API token requested from your Terminal Delivery account. Osen Express links with a single API token copied from your Osen Express space, under Store settings then Integrations. Both sit on the Link couriers page next to the couriers you already use.

Copilot designs your store
The Customize page has an AI assistant button. Describe the change you want, upload an image if it helps, and undo any change you do not like. It spends Copilot points, and each month now adds 20 points on Free, 40 on Pro, 60 on Unlimited and 150 on Enterprise. The Copilot points purchase popup also takes a promo code, and a 100% code activates a pack with no payment.

Ask buyers for a Google review
The Google Review Popup add-on (Pro) shows the buyer a card after the order that invites them to review your store on Google. One tap opens your review page. Paste your review link and choose the delay in the add-on settings.
