What We Shipped in April 2026 — Multi-Store, AI Landing Pages & More

April was our biggest month yet. We shipped features that merchants have been requesting for months, and laid the groundwork for what's coming next. Here's everything that landed on DZBuild.

🏪 Multi-Store Support (Pro Plans)​

The #1 requested feature is here. Pro merchants can now run up to 3 stores from a single account.

Why This Matters​

Algerian merchants often juggle multiple businesses:

  • One store for clothing, another for electronics
  • A main brand plus a clearance outlet
  • Separate stores for different wilayas or target audiences

Before April, this meant multiple logins, multiple subscriptions, and fragmented data. Now:

🤖 AI Landing Page Generator​

We rebuilt the AI landing-page generator from scratch on top of Wavespeed Nano Banana Pro and Claude 4.6. Sharper output, faster generation, and images that actually match your reference product.

The Dual-Image Pipeline​

We generate two images in parallel — one product-focused hero shot and one lifestyle scene. You get a landing page with two distinct visuals instead of a single generic stock-style render.

Performance Data (internal, last 30 days)​

  • Average generation time: down from 47 s to 18 s.
  • Image-to-reference fidelity: up ~40% (internal scoring).
  • First-attempt merchant acceptance rate: 83% (was 61%).

🌐 Custom Domain Automation​

Connecting your own domain used to take 24-48 hours and manual DNS configuration. Now it takes 5 minutes.

What We Built​

  • Cloudflare for SaaS integration — We provision SSL certificates automatically
  • Single CNAME setup — One DNS record (CNAME @ link.dzbuild.app) and you're done
  • Instant propagation — Your domain goes live in minutes, not days

Supported Registrars​

Works with any registrar that allows a CNAME on the apex (via ALIAS/ANAME) or on a subdomain:

  • Namecheap
  • GoDaddy
  • OVH
  • Google Domains
  • .dz registrars (Genious.net, NIC.dz)

How It Works​

  1. /dashboard/domains → Add Domain
  2. Enter your domain (e.g., yourbrand.com)
  3. Add the CNAME we show you: CNAME @ link.dzbuild.app (and CNAME www link.dzbuild.app)
  4. Wait a few minutes for DNS propagation; we auto-detect and issue SSL via Cloudflare for SaaS
  5. Done — domain live with HTTPS

Subdomain vs custom domain​

The default subdomain stays available regardless of plan state. Custom domains require an active Pro or Unlimited plan.

🚀 Platform Hardening​

We invested heavily in infrastructure reliability. DZBuild now has:

Auto-Deploy with Rollback​

Every code change goes through:

  1. Pre-flight lint — Catch errors before deployment
  2. Environment validation — Ensure all configs are correct
  3. 3-retry health probe — Verify the app is healthy after deploy
  4. Automatic rollback — If health check fails, revert to last known good state

Result: Zero downtime deployments. If something breaks, we auto-revert in seconds.

Edge Caching​

We moved more logic to Cloudflare edge:

  • Product catalog cache (30s TTL)
  • Landing page cache (60s TTL)
  • Static assets (1 hour TTL)

Result: 40% faster page loads, especially for returning visitors.

Database Optimization​

  • Added read replicas for analytics queries
  • Optimized slow queries (dashboard load time: 1.2s → 0.3s)
  • Added connection pooling for high-traffic events

📊 New Analytics Dashboard​

We rebuilt the analytics dashboard from scratch. New features:

Real-Time Metrics​

  • Live order count (updated every 10 seconds)
  • Revenue today / this week / this month
  • Top-selling products
  • Top wilayas by order volume

Cohort Analysis​

Track customer behavior over time:

  • What % of customers order again within 30 days?
  • Which wilayas have highest repeat purchase rate?
  • What's your customer lifetime value?

Attribution​

See where your orders come from:

  • Facebook Ads
  • Instagram
  • WhatsApp
  • Direct traffic
  • Google search

Export​

All data exportable as CSV or Excel for deeper analysis.

🛡️ Security & Compliance​

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)​

Pro merchants can enable TOTP-based 2FA for their accounts. Recommended for any store handling significant revenue.

GDPR-Ready​

For merchants selling to Algerians in Europe:

  • Data export on request
  • Data deletion on request
  • Privacy policy generator
  • Cookie consent banner (optional)

📱 Mobile App (Beta)​

We're testing a mobile app for merchants on the go:

  • Push notifications for new orders
  • Quick order confirmation
  • View analytics
  • Respond to customer messages

🔮 What's Coming in May​

We're already working on:

  1. DZBuild API v1 — Full REST API for developers (launched April 30, see announcement)
  2. Facebook Catalog sync — Auto-sync products to Facebook/Instagram shop
  3. WhatsApp Business API — Send order updates via WhatsApp Business
  4. Advanced inventory management — Stock alerts, low-stock reports, supplier management
  5. Multi-language storefronts — Arabic + French + English product pages

Migration Notes​

If your 3-day Pro trial has ended and you want to keep Pro features:

  • Multi-store: subscribe to Unlimited
  • AI landing pages: Pro and Unlimited both include AI credits
  • Custom domains: Pro gets up to 5
  • 2FA: Pro only

Upgrade at Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Upgrade to Pro
