A big month for DZBuild: faster storefronts, new payment options, new addons, and dozens of quality-of-life improvements across the platform. Here's everything worth knowing. 🇩🇿

🚀 New Features​

💳 Smoother Payments & Subscription Management​

  • We completely redesigned the subscription experience with a brand-new floating checkout — cleaner, faster, and easier to use.
  • New payment options: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay — with instant activation.

🔗 New Addon: Short Links​

Create short, branded links for your products, landing pages, categories, or store home — complete with click statistics and QR codes. Available in Arabic and French.

🏪 New Addon: Pickup from Store (Unlimited+ plans)​

Let customers pick up orders directly from your physical location. Define your pickup points, and a third delivery option appears automatically on checkout, fast-checkout themes, and landing pages.

🌸 New Theme: Bloom​

A fresh storefront theme designed for beauty & makeup stores.

🤖 AI Product Descriptions​

Generate a product description in one click, right from the product create/edit page. It automatically uses your price, variants, and categories as context, and writes in your store's language (AR + FR). Up to 3 generations per product per day.

🧩 New Variant Type: Multi-Select​

A new "selectable" variant type lets customers pick multiple options at once, with prices that add up automatically. Optional and toggleable per product.

👻 New Product Status: Active (Hidden)​

Sell products via direct link only — they stay purchasable but never appear in your public listings. Perfect for exclusives, private offers, and test products.

🚚 New Courier: Elogistia​

Elogistia joins the courier lineup with full integration, including per-commune stop-desk eligibility. Also: ZR Express is now one unified tile, and EcomDelivery supports stock-based accounts.

🔐 Merchant Account Security: 2FA + Devices Page​

Protect your account with TOTP two-factor authentication, and review the devices connected to your account at any time.

🌍 Language in URL for Multilingual Stores​

Multilingual stores now get real /fr/ URLs — meaning proper French SEO and full-speed cached pages for every language.

📦 Fragile Product Flag​

Mark products as fragile and the flag is passed straight to supported couriers so packages get handled with care.

📱 Mobile & In-App Browser Experience​

  • Store creation, checkout, and product pages fully reworked for all screen sizes.
  • iOS: no more auto-zoom on form inputs, smoother scrolling, one-tap buttons that just work — including inside Instagram/Facebook in-app browsers.
  • Home page on mobile: category dropdown + "show more" browsing across all 8 themes, add-to-cart from category pages, and a rich "added to cart" popup.

🛒 Checkout & Cart​

  • Customer address is now optional at checkout — fewer abandoned orders.
  • New mini cart panel under fast checkout, plus an opt-in circular add-to-cart button.
  • Free weight allowance now correctly applies once per order on total weight.

🎨 Store Customization​

  • New controls: announcement bar colors, buy-now button on product cards, product-page button colors, trust badges on showcase sections, and a button-link picker.
  • Banner upload now accepts any image format.
  • Your theme choice during signup is kept all the way through store creation.

📊 Pixels & Ad Tracking​

  • New integrations: Snapchat CAPI, Pinterest CAPI, and Google Ads conversion tag.
  • Major Meta event-quality (EMQ) upgrade + a new server-side Delivered event — better attribution for your ad campaigns.
  • Click-ID capture across platforms for stronger conversion matching.

🚚 Couriers & Delivery​

  • Per-wilaya rate sync fixed and improved across the Yalidine family, NOEST, and Maystro — with a one-click rate-sync button.
  • Real stop-desk synchronization, with automatic fallback to your own pricing when no desk-capable provider is connected.
  • Cleaner, more compact product lists on delivery labels (single, bulk, and custom labels).
  • Automatic retry when a courier API is temporarily rate-limited.
  • Merchants can now edit the shipping price on an order.

📦 Products & Orders​

  • Bulk actions: change category, price, stock, status, or featured flag on many products at once.
  • Orders page is significantly faster: instant order popups, hover prefetch, smoother lists.
  • Track-order works even for orders still being processed.
  • Faster product create/edit, with a clear loading indicator across the dashboard.

💻 Dashboard​

  • Dashboard loads noticeably faster across all pages.
  • Store links now prefer your verified custom domain.
  • Cleaner notifications settings.
  • Smart redirect when switching between stores.

📣 Affiliates​

  • Share your affiliate link as a clean short URL on the main domain.
  • Affiliate attribution now persists a full 7 days — including from Instagram's in-app browser.

🐛 Bug Fixes​

  • Fixed the floating Buy Now button being unresponsive on some devices and in-app browsers.
  • Fixed rare duplicate merchant notifications (push/email) for the same new order.
  • Fixed variant option images and image ordering in the variant modal.
  • Fixed custom delivery labels displaying incorrectly with some courier integrations.
  • Fixed long variant/offer names being truncated incorrectly on order submission.
  • Fixed cross-wilaya commune mismatches with ZR Express fallback matching.
  • Fixed banners not saving in some cases, merchant new-order email links, and digital product email links.
  • Fixed the desk selector still showing when switching to store pickup on fast checkout.
  • Fixed dashboard news popup display on mobile.
  • Digital stores: improved abandoned-cart design, correct multi-quantity file delivery, and physical-only addons no longer appear on digital themes.

🔒 Security & Privacy​

We shipped a substantial security-hardening pass this month across accounts, orders, checkout, and integrations — including stricter session handling (all sessions are signed out when you change your password), tighter team-member access controls (removed members no longer receive order notifications), and stronger protection of customer data across the platform. No action is needed on your side.
