# Contact support

DZBuild support runs through a chat built into your dashboard. Everything about support is gathered on one page, **Community & Support** in the sidebar, at [`/dashboard/community`](https://dzbuild.com/dashboard/community): the chat, tickets, the help center, the server status page, the official channels and the platform news.

When you write from inside the dashboard, the conversation carries your account and the store you have open, so the team knows who is writing and about which store. The chat opens in your dashboard language, Arabic or French.

## Open the support chat

There are three ways in:

* **The chat bubble** in a bottom corner of the dashboard, on the left in Arabic and on the right in French.
* **Contact support** at the top of **Community & Support**, or **Live chat** in its **Direct support** card. Both open the same chat.
* **Chat with us** under **Need help?** on the subscription page, [`/dashboard/subscribe`](https://dzbuild.com/dashboard/subscribe).

The bubble is hidden on the busier pages so it does not sit over their buttons: orders, products, categories, customers, abandoned carts, landing pages, A/B tests, add-ons, customization, domains, AI credits, the subscription page, and the payment and storage pages of a digital store. From those pages, open **Community & Support** and use **Live chat**.

The chat works the same way inside the DZBuild Android app.

## Open a ticket

**Create a ticket** sits next to the chat buttons on **Community & Support**. It opens the same chat with a first message already typed for you, saying you want to open a support ticket. Send it, then describe the problem in the same conversation.

Put in your first messages what the team needs to look the problem up:

* what you were doing, and the link of the page where it went wrong;
* the exact error message, copied as text or as a screenshot;
* the order number, when the problem is about an order;
* the store's name, if the problem is in a store other than the one you have open.

Some requests have no button in the dashboard and are handled through a ticket, among them deleting your account ([Account and password](https://dzbuild.com/docs/operations/account-and-password.md)) and changing your store's default link ([Domain management](https://dzbuild.com/docs/operations/domains.md)). Those pages say what to include.

## When your plan has expired

While a paid plan is expired, the sidebar hides **Community & Support**, and opening the page sends you to the subscription page instead. Support stays reachable from there: click **Chat with us** under **Need help?**. The chat bubble also stays on the dashboard home, settings, account and notifications pages, which remain open on an expired plan.

## Without signing in

If you cannot sign in, or you do not have an account yet, use the contact page at [dzbuild.com/contact](https://dzbuild.com/contact). It offers the same live chat, the address **<support@dzbuild.com>**, and a form.

The form asks for your full name, your email, a subject and your message. The subjects are General question, Technical problem, Subscriptions and payment, Suggestion or idea, Partnership, Complaint and Other. **Send message** stays disabled until the verification check under the message has passed.

## Help center and resources

**Help center**, at the top of **Community & Support**, opens `help.dzbuild.com` in your dashboard language. Further down, the **Everything you need to run your store** section holds five cards:

| Card                       | What it opens                                                                                                |
| -------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Official documentation** | These docs, in Arabic or French to match your dashboard |
| **The blog** | `blog.dzbuild.com`, articles and tips for selling online |
| **Android app** | The DZBuild app on Google Play, described in [Mobile app](https://dzbuild.com/docs/operations/mobile-app.md) |
| **Server status** | `status.dzbuild.app`, which shows whether the platform is working |
| **GitHub**                 | DZBuild's open-source projects                                                                               |

When the dashboard or your store does not load, open [status.dzbuild.app](https://status.dzbuild.app) before writing to support. The **X** card in the channels section describes that account as the fastest place where outages and new features are announced.

## Platform news

When the team has published news, a **News & Updates** banner on **Community & Support** shows how many items there are and the title at the top of the list. Click it to read them: pinned items come first, then the newest, ten at a time, with **Show more** for older ones. Each item carries its date and a type badge, such as **New feature** or **Fix**.

Some news items also open as a pop-up over the dashboard. **Got it!** closes it, and **Read in the community** opens **Community & Support**. Once you close a pop-up, it does not show again in that browser.

## Follow DZBuild

The **All our channels in one place** section lists the official accounts. The YouTube card has a **Get the updates** button that opens YouTube's subscribe confirmation for the DZBuild channel. TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X and Threads each have a card with a **Follow** button.

At the bottom of the page, **Leave a review** opens the DZBuild review form on Trustpilot.
